Quest Giver is a humorous narrative adventure with management sim gameplay, divided into 7 story scenarios. In each one, players start a new job as a quest giver NPC: their task is to give out quests to the heroes of the town, pairing them up into contracts based on their hero class and personality, and the type and difficulty of the quest. But the townsfolk, the heroes, and the manager are always making life difficult for them! The player is not the hero, but they still manage to save the day through the power of paperwork.
